Don't forget it's still the catch and release period for smallmouth. Can't say about the water color. I'd say just come and fish and get different baits for different conditions. The weather is throwing me for a loop? huge storm rolled in today....how much will this affect the water color and fishing forcast? Suppose to warm up in the middle of the week. Im taking my buddy and his son 12 years old...we have slayed the muskie and smallies a few time there before, but the weather conditions have always been supreme.
