St. Clair Fishing Report

Catch and release bass fishing in Lake St. Clair is getting better now that the weather is improving.  Be sure to fish tube baits in a variety of colors to find the one that’s working.

In the rivers, the walleyes seem to be fired up.  Anglers still reporting good catches of walleye in the St. Clair River and the Detroit River.  Call Captain Dan at the shop and ask him the best spots to fish the Detroit River.

Whether you are trolling or drifting, walleye anglers need to know the ins and outs of walleye harnesses.  Typically fished with colorful blades and beads anglers also attached night crawlers to the harness to land big walleyes.
